« One Secret Many Shoppers Do Keep | Main | Washing Machine Redux »

Mary Ornella

I just wanted to share some information with the parents out there, who do the laundry using these new machines that spin dry at such speeds. Over the x-mas break my son recieved some hockey gear for x-mas.
Luckly, it didn't fit so we had to return it. I was informed by the pro shop where we exchanged the gear, that some of these new machines spin to fast for the padding that's removalbe for washing. That they can shredd the padding. The padding should be hand washed and air dryed. Wow! I thought if they hadn't said anything I could have runinned some very expensived gear. So please take note of this, we all know how expensive some of the sports gear can be.
